I don't know if it's the ultimate guy movie, but it's pretty freaking close. Plenty of blood, gore and violence for those who enjoy that kind of thing(like yours truly) and plenty of nudity from both genders. The acting wasn't too great or anything, but it didn't have to be here, the acting wasn't the focus as much as the direction and the fight scenes are.
SiCKO by Michael Moore... it's such a good movie, it will leave you shocked and outraged and angered and sad. I encourage especially all Americans to go and watch this film!!!
