Anyways Rihanna IS a part of the movie (she has more screen time then Liam i believe and she has a lot of screen time for a supporting role) and she was a HUGE part of the promotional campaign. She was featured more then Brooklyn in the movie trailers and if im not mistaken, she was the only female to have a Battleship poster. So although she wasn't the female lead, she was promoted to the public as such.
