"Rolling in the Deep" is the only song from 21 available on Spotify and all those other sites. SFTTR isn't on Spotify (it is on those other sites I believe), which is why it's not in the top 50 on the OnDemand Songs chart. Luckily, it wasn't too affected; it's still at #3 this week.

Sales should be 50% sales, 35% airplay. Sales are the main factor.

What I meant to say was:

35% of sales in thousands
50% of Airplay in millions

Since sales are typically 1.5-2x of Airplay numbers, sales would be weighted more in the end.
