TLC only outsold DC3 in the States by a couple million. DC sold more worldwide.

No one in TLC could so solo and have success, like DC3, because each lady can hold their own. When DC blew up it was TLC who? Many parts around the world people don't even know who TLC is. DC3 is the 2nd bestselling female group.
