Why on earth would you hope he tries to "dumb her down"? She's great and has her own style, I want to see her being her and doing her thing, not a dumb version of herself. Plus, people commenting asking who she is, you're probably from another fandom and just trying to shade and I don't understand why you would do that. Please, respect is always important. Tbh I hope there's no rapping at all, at least not initially. She's gonna have a hard enough time being asian, from another country, and her name alone. Having her start off rapping is gonna make it even more difficult and invite more criticism.

I'm still praying she's creating music more in the vein of 2NE1 (ILY, GBY, etc.) then her solo stuff and is marketed as Chaerin instead.

It's pretty clear that she's going to rap and she's obviously going to promote as CL. Why would she use her real name and how would she benefit from doing that? CL is her stage name and how her fans know her. Also, I don't think she's going to have a hard time because she's asian, that would bit a little racist for people to pick on don't you think?
