Born This Way > TFM > TF = ARTPOP

All of them are good. Born This Way is a masterpiece above the others - just check out Bloody Mary, Electric Chapel, Heavy Metal Lover, Government Hooker, The Queen, Hair and when you consider the singles... one of the greatest bodies of work EVER.
TFM is flawless.
TF and ARTPOP are both good. TF has a strong theme, but a lot of the songs are like throwbacks vs. the innovative and futuristic singles... while ARTPOP is just so incoherent, but songs like DWUW, Fashion!, Gypsy, Applause, Sexxx Dreams, Dope ... so good and so Gaga. . .

so yeah I agree that it's between TF and ARTPOP as least good, but still they are nice.

Artpop is a disaster. A fifth of the songs sre good, and the "best" of the rest is passable at most. A truly horrible and embarrassing album. Hopefully she learned her lesson.
