Vocal range has nothing to do with how good a singer is. The Roling Stones list is just as ****. Putting Bob Dylan on there when he can't even sing in tune.

Umm? Whitney Houston had an extremely even scale within her connected 3-octave range. Clarkson is not the case.

Um Whitney's range was soild, from bottom to top. Full and connected. Range isn't simply about how high you can sing or hit high notes. Gotta look at the vocal registers, from top to bottom, and how connected and seamless they are.
