Anyway katy maybe and britney now. Rihanna has become a better perfomer and even though she is not the best perfomer, she definitely isn't the worst.
Fact: Katy and Rihanna both have had each at least 20 better vocal performances than Britney.
And I can't at the people saying Britney was untouchable at her prime. How ? If she was a dancer, maybe (I hardly doubt it) but as a Pop Star, she definitely was NEVER great. Especially not when her most "iconic" performances are lip synced ...
