I want a lighter side of Gaga because a change of pace would be refreshing. If she wants to get preachy or empowering fine, but give me a dance beat and make it sound fun (Scheisse), instead of (The Queen).

Something FUN like "Just Dance" & "Poker Face", but mixed with a darker sound, like "Marry the Night" & "Dance in the Dark". More dance songs that are uplifting (TEOG), but some iconic darker pop songs like "Bad Romance". Basically... I trust the queen to make beautiful MAINSTREAM POP WITH THE GAGA EDGE MUSIC.

Personally, I don't think that Lady Gaga should do collaborations. One of the unique things about her is how few collaborations she does, and when she does do then it's usually with a musical legend. I think she should stand on her own two feet for this album. She doesn't need to collaborate with people like Nicki Minaj, Kanye West, etc. and it'll just come across as desperate. She's not Rihanna.

Also, it's useless Lady Gaga doing an urban-influenced album. Urban music isn't popular at the moment, so urban songs flop in the charts, and she's not going to get played on urban radio now whatever she does.

Kidding, but on a serious note -- I think we all want pop songs with a message -- romance, sex, inner demons, empowerment....just leave the politics and religion out of it. I don't listen to music to be preached too...and if I did, I would pop in a gospel CD - not something from a mainstream pop star.

Secondly, GaGa's messages so so half-baked in BTW and "tossed in" just to be there - that it really offended some people, and turned people off because the bitch didn't know what she was singing about.

I don't want empty calorie pop music, I just want pop music that makes sense....and pop music that's pop music - not half-assed gospel.

Because that's the kind of music she needs, many ppl bash her because her lyrics can be dark or with religion themes, she needs something like Alejandro, something that sounds fresh and colorful without falling into the generic area. And MDNA is not exactly really colorful, that'd be TD.
