Not happening. Spotify have a different business model to Apple and need to keep the free option. Perhaps I could see them doing it just for the US market, but in a lot of countries people won't pay.
Taylor is a smart businesswoman and in 2014 it made sense for a major artist to sacrifice streaming numbers for sales. That might not work out so well in 2017.
