Nicole has had way more experience than Demi in the industry though.
That's true, but she's going to have more experience than any of the contestants, and like I said, her age will help her to relate to the younger contestants. Simon Cowell knows the international market, LA Reid knows how to promote locally, Britney knows what it takes to make it in the industry and stay relevant, and Demi knows the pressures of fame in the 21st century for young celebrities.
This group is much better than the one with Paula and Nicole.
