"personal preference" is the same argument used by racists
the point is you haven't seen every single trans person and you can't know whether or not you will ever be attracted to one. this is the same as people who don't like an entire race
i could see one shying away from say a vagina/penis on someone if those typically aren't the parts you're attracted to, but trans people are so much more than their parts and it's transphobic and hypocritical to generalize like that
