1.8m + 13m singles = 3.1m TEA. so what 4 sold without the singles.

Femme Fatale's singles didn't have any impact. Love on Top & Run the World are both way more memorable than any FF single.

In the U.S., Femme Fatale sells around 200 copies per week while 4 sells around 1,000.

I think in terms of the R&B community, 4's singles are pretty remembered. As I said, LOT was the #1 R&B song of 2012, Dance For You was a sizeable hit, etc.

and like I already mentionned even in TEA Femme Fatale sold 3.1m so as much as 4 album only without the singles. Even if I remove the album tracks sales which means only Love On Top, Countdown, Run The World, Best Thing I Never Had count. Party, 1+1 and Dance For You being US promotional singles.
