First off middle class isn't "rich". Secondly, Matthew gave up his job and that big house they lived in when He started managing DC and they had to move to a way smaller house in a poor neighborhood.
here Bey and her parents talk about their original home/financial situation and then tour the smaller home that they had to move into when Matthew quit his job and Tina and Matthew separated
Right. I guess peoples' ideas of "rich" might be different, but IMO Bey's family were middle class. They had a comfortable life clearly, but it took both Mathew and Tina's income to keep that afloat and they ended up having to move into an apartment when Mathew quit his job to manage the group full time.
Rich to me means you've acquired enough wealth to never have to work again and still maintain the same lifestyle.
Katy and Britney were poor? I thought Katy came from a upper middle class family?
Britney came from a trailer park. Her dad was an alcoholic and lost his construction job due to his addiction. They were living off of Britney's income when Britney was three
So, middle class and upper-middle class means 'rich' now? most of these girls' parents were not making 7 figures and up.
Six figures is considered incredibly wealthy by most of the world.

Gaga and Beyonce lived comfortably but I wouldn't say they were "rich". If gaga was rich, her parents would have bought her a mansion when she was 18 instead of moving her into a dirty bummy apartment next to housing projects
Her parents paid for a house, an apartment and college. That's rather well off.

Private school is the biggest waste of money. Gifted programs>>>
They have better curricula, they don't have drug problems, etc.
What are you guys even talking about? None of these people came from especially wealthy families. You have to be making a good seven figures where I live to be considered rich because everything is so freaking expensive.
hmmm well i assumed she was a child star and 'rich' since she stared on Barney but i'll take her word
Even the top paid child stars make a fraction of what adults make. I highly doubt Barney, a show on PBS which is a publically funded network, paid those kids anything significant. It's not hard to believe she was still poor while featuring on that show.
