You did where were your other options then. This is probably true but because it's the most famous. If you asked people what some of the US famous cuisine is they'd probably say burger and fries or something incredibly unhealthy, doesn't mean that's the only thing they eat.

Who said anything negative about London's culture? certainly not me. But I won't let you for one instant stupidly let people think NYCs culture and history is non-existent or trivial. The city of New York has one of the most interesting stories in modern history. Not to mention we snatched the powdered wigs of the British government and kept it moving.

I never said thats all you eat, but that is what culturally is iconic about London. What is culturally iconic about New York is pizza, hot dogs, and cheesecake (and bagels but id say this is more applicable to only americans). In this argument it doesnt matter what people within the city eat on a day-to-day basis.

1.Yes, I seriously don't know anything typical for brooklyn except brooklyn bridge
2. But the hamptons are like an hour away from queens
