What stupid logic.
There will pretty much always be something worse happening. You can't just disregard important issues because there are bigger problems.
You're most likely racist or really dumb. Either way I feel sorry for you. Can't see any other reason why you'd say such ignorant things.

And feminism has nothing to do with race, its about women, women of all color. Stop trying to categorize everything.

It's called feminism because women are 99% of the time, the gender that get sexist ****.
It doesn't mean men can't support it, speak about it and be feminists.
I can guarantee that I, a gay man, am the most educated and most passionate on and about the topic of feminism out of the people I know aged up to like 25.

For one, if you watched the video, he mentions the fact how white women earn 78 cents to a white man's 1$ and how black women earn 65 cents to a white man's 1$. You just said black people and all women can do anything a white man can do which is completely false if you read the fact above mentioned as well as said in the video.

Do you have the stats for Asian Americans? Or Latinos? Here is your answer. It is about education. Black people even have special scholarships and support from government when applying and paying for college, they have better opportunities than white kids, who do not have as much support from official organizations and government. But they question is...are they willing to learn and get education?

Honey, you are from England, not USA. I'm talking about USA specifically, where there are tons of opportunities, organizations, scholarships for Black people
I live in US, I filled out applications, I see what is going around campus

Alright. Not even going to bother with you. Maybe someone else is willing to educate you but I'm simply not even going to waste my time with you.

I was talking opportunities applying to college. There are a lot of grants and gov't support for Black people.
Have you applied to a college in USA? Have you applied for scholarships? Have you seen that there are organizations to support Black people?
This is great, and I don't see how they have less opportunities

Yes drag Patricia. She was so stupid to say all of that.
If anything, she should've just made it about everyone supporting women, not "hey POC and gays, it's your turn to help us now" when...
1. There are POC who are also women!
2. There are POC who are also gay!
3. There are even POC who are GAY WOMEN
She might not have explicitly said "white women," but it's implied by the way she grouped people. "We have fought for everybody else's equal rights," like white women saved POC and the gays, not POC and the gays themselves Like they're all actually 100% equal now Like Common and John Legend didn't just perform Glory with lyrics about Ferguson earlier in the show Like intersectionality is not a thing Can you sound more clueless and up your own ass?

You say black people receive grants and government support, but how do you explain that nowadays US schools are more segregated than ever before meaning schools with predominantly black people receive fewer resources and are thus set for failure? How do you explain the fact that black men under the age of 25 years old are 15 times more likely to die by murder than white men, even though black Americans make up around 13% of the American population? These are just a few examples out of thousands. Learn the definition of oppression, and maybe you'll open your eyes.
I don't need to apply to a college in the USA to see that black people are heavily oppressed. In fact, I don't need to live in the USA at all to see how oppressed black Americans actually are. Just because they have a fair share of organizations offering a hand of help doesn't take away the fact they're still oppressed. By your logic, blind people who get government support receive the same type of treatment and have the same amount of opportunities as sighted people.

white feminism is feminism that doesn't practice intersectionality. what's so wrong with criticizing that? what's so hard to understand?
The sooner y'all realize these things exist and need to be changed, the faster things will progress.

there's no such thing as "white feminism." No one uses that term except supposed "black feminists" (I hate that term, but I didn't create it) who are busy fighting a disadvantage olympics with the rest of the world?
"Oh, you're gay? Well I'm black AND gay! So shut up! You don't know what discrimination isSSzzzz~~!!!111!"

you stupid ****. you just said something completely racist and want to pretend that racism is not the issue that it is?
You basically said: There's no such thing as ________, it's a term made up by black people.
Therefor you just implied that black peoples experiences, terms and feelings are nonexistent.
And now you're going to be like "That's not what I meant. You can't speak for me or create my intentions." But the fact of the matter is, that's exactly what you said no matter what you ~intended.
(Although you're a race troll so you probably did intend it)

You don't know me, but if you did, you would know I never walk back my comments, especially ones that are both valid and correct
I said there's no such thing as "white feminism" which is true. The only people who talk about it are supposed "black feminists" (as they call themselves) and people who have an agenda to pit white feminists against black feminists when they often overlap and are pretty much supportive of each other.
You keep falling hook line and sinker into the conspiracy to divide EVERYONE and it's just hilarious that you think this divineness is going to result in any progress. Dividing people into groups isn't going to make these supposed other groups sympathetic it's just going to get people to look out for the dividing lines and make sure to support whoever they have been subdivisioned into supporting
It's like those dumb feminazis that yell at men for participating in feminism by saying men aren't women so there's no reason for them to even bother being a part of the movement like just really? As much as you think your little picket lines and tumblr posts are going to change the world, how about stepping up in the real world and fighting for those jobs that are currently held by men? That's going to end the discrimination. Not you screaming in their faces about how they will never understand and about how privileged they are

White feminism is definitely a thing. Feminism shouldn't be separated by intersectionality but the reality is that those within feminism in power (ie. straight, able, whites), have sequestered the overarching feminist movement to be about THEM. When that happens, the women left out need to make their voice heard.
Literally just look at the way Patricia worded her statement. YOU POC and YOU gays need to help US. US clearly implying straight, white women because that is what she thinks of the movement. Nevermind the POC women and queer women.

That's an inference though If it were Jessica Alba making that statement, no one would have said a peep simply because Jessica Alba is Mexican-American instead of white The truth is, there has been a LOT of focus on LGBT rights over the last several years, as well as black rights with the national profile cases in Ferguson, NYC, etc, and women have been a huge part of the voices for both. Maybe she worded it badly, but no where is it stated that white women need support too as opposed to ALL women should be afforded equal pay, etc etc. It's LITERALLY a case of skewering the messenger
