i think by definition, no, rih hasn't surpassed gaga yet.
however, i've always thought, and still think that rih's tone is infinitely better than gaga's. i think sometimes gaga's voice is a bit hard to listen to, but rih's is so smooth and ethereal that her voice "sounds" better even if she can't sing as well.

Rihanna fans saying yes but their only receipt being one video? Instead of providing receipts, they're insulting Gaga and her fans. When people can showcase more bad vocal performances than good, your fave isn't that good of a singer.

I don't know what the Navy has up their ears but Rihanna can't even hit her own high notes outside of the studio and they're all up in here talking about her voice is better than Gaga's.
