Read up on the K-Pop industry or Vietnamese music industry and you'll see what really goes on behind the scenes and why these stars have so many emotional outbursts. Record labels can dictate how much you eat.
Obviously she's exaggerating, but her hyperbole is not meant in an insensitive way.
