Of the artists who've emerged in the past 20 or so years? Most definitely.
Nobody who debuted after, say, 1995 can f*ck with Beyoncé. She'll literally run circles around them all.

she's extremely complete, Talented as hell,amazing Performer, Beauty, hard working, she's even a good role model. yes she's very complete she doesn't need auto tune, she can sing live, she's more respected then some of yo faves without a damn #1 in 5 years so that goes to show. no number #1 but a multi platnium album, sold out tour and she has multiple awards and Grammys for songs that aren't collaborations, beyonce is the greatest of our time
