Cool beans, hot rice. Britney is infact a guilty pleasure... so it's no surprise GaGa will outsell her given how popular and overexposed she is. 
P.S. "3" was a GH single and wasn't promoted ONCE. Also, the video cost about 2 dollars compared to GaGa's 2 million dollar video.
