100% agree.

Her outfit was great, she gave good hair, the full choreo and breakdown is simply great. Some of the shots actually reminded me of "All Nite" (which is probably my favorite Janet song EVER <3 )

I think they're complaining about the production of her vocals in this particular song. Which is certainly divisive and a little quirky. She sounds much better/more natural and discernible on the rest of the album, but this song is meant to be different and trendy.
