Not TD, though. And era with 8 (?) singles, promoted by a movie and a Grammy performance and not even 6M albums WW doesn't deserve to be on this list.

I think it's still a memorable era of this decade
we all jammed to one of the #1 hits of
Teenage Dream whether we're male or female, young or old. that's what this list is about. I agree with you for the single/album bad ratio tho. but still, TD deserve to be Top5 bcause of the fact that the era lasted 2 years basically and we all heard about the MJ record she tied/broke.
(single sales, pop revelancy)
same reasoning with
Beyoncé, we all heard about the surprise release. It was an event. it made the news. it broke itunes record. it made Guiness Book of Record. she made the TIME cover. Topped Forbes list. and nobody touches Beyoncé acclaim wise this decade. it's a memorable moment for Beyoncé career and this decade.
(Impact, pop revelancy, acclaim, album sales)
21 was an event too. nobody touched her sales wise. she's also THE new talent of this decade.
(album sales, acclaim)
Born To Die is revolutionnary for its genre if you ask me. she made this depressing music mainstream and now you have artists like Lorde that benefits from it. The album sold 5m without #1s
she's just like Beyoncé for this and it's impressing to see there's still albums artists particulary this decade.
(album sales, impact)
I have no argument for Bruno Mars I just threw him @ the last place because he's the most popular male artist on earth atm. so I'll say Pop Revelancy and Album Sales.
