It's been 8 months since I finally started to exercise regularly every week(and change my diet). I have to admit, I was quite chubby 8 months ago
, but after the exercises I gradually lost the excess weight. I now weigh ~25 lbs less than my weight was before. It's quite a hassle because I almost have all new clothes due to all of my old ones being to loose for me to wear. But now I'm close to being underweight
, I've been trying since 2 months ago to gain some weight back(eating unhealthy, less exercise etc.) but all that happened is I lost even more weight
. Any tips for me to resolve this? I'm finding it really hard now to gain weight.
