Exactly, I think it's an amazing track and one of her best singles to date. It is only topped by Bad Romance and Poker Face, in my opinion.
In my opinion it's Gaga second worst single after Alejandro but still, yes it does. because even her second worst single is better than 80% of current pop music. also this:

In case you're shading the Britney stans, IN CASE, we've been there, so we know how it feels for the GaGa stans. Quite amazing, innit?
Also, saying it's a hit because of Gaga is such a meaningless statement. HIAM and 3 would not have debuted at #1 if they weren't by Britney, Not Afraid would not have debuted at #1 if it wasn't by Eminem. Hell, even Who R Who We R wouldn't have done it if Kesha had been a total unknown.
