It's not that hard Monte. People will compete for head of household via an online game or custom game. Whoever wins Hoh will nominate two people for eviction. The Hoh, nominees, and three I randomly choose will play in the POV. The winner of POV will able to save a nominee or not. Then everyone edicts someone.
Basically you are in a virtual house. Whatever goes on in the thread is like the feed for people to see and any alliances/strategic planning normally goes on through PM's.
You'd get the hang of it.
