A thug by definition is a violent criminal. Even if the guy was lying about this, he's still not a violent criminal (a thug).

Police officers found Danko standing in the middle of a busy street and the report says he refused to move out of the street to safety and acted aggressively toward the officer. Danko was handcuffed and placed in the back of a patrol car while officers investigated.

The report also says that Schaeffer was uncooperative with police before finally telling them that the attack was spurred by kissing his partner. Danko did not confirm the account, instead repeatedly telling officers that “I’ve never been in a physical fight before,” and “My father is a federal judge.” After finally providing officers his name, Danko “continued his disruptive behavior and had to be warned to calm down” repeatedly according to the police report. Prior to leaving, Danko told officers he was high on the party drug GHB and that they “could not prove anything.”

yes he is cause he was harassing everybody at that burger joint and try to pic fight with multiple including guy that beat his ass. The black was defending himself from him, the white guy was the aggressor explained by multiple people that was there. I don't believe using the word thug is racist. Saying it is racist implies that only black people are capable of being thugs.

They labelled the black guy a thug based on the news article saying he beat them for being gay. Nothing wrong with that. That made him a thug by definition and who were they to know that the gays were lying?

There is also no concrete proof that the gays were lying, so I'm not taking either side now.

And again, everyone who is saying it's racist to call a black guy a thug is implying that only black people are capable of being thugs - which is, in itself, racist.
