Bieber had a bigger year than Eminem, Kanye or anyone. Like him or not, 2010 was the year of Bieber Fever.

If singles success isn't a factor, then I don't see why Ke$ha would get it. She had one huge single and not all that much else this year.

MTV morphed pics of the #1 male + female to create their "baby" as a clue.
Looks like Rihanna's eyes, and the color indicates one of the parents could be black. Gaga's not on the morph site:
