It says a big artist though, so how do we know it's rih? I think the best move is to just release the album and have the biggest acclaimed / biggest track become the 4th "single" and perform it at the grammys, kind of like Drunk in Love in a way

It could be either Rih or Bey. I wouldn't be shocked with a new Bey song out in time for the Super Bowl, though ANTI being finished and "Work" clearly being the next single seems like a no-brainer, as well.
