The Fame (it's first release) was rushed. Look at the album booklet, it was full of mistakes and the tracklist wasn't too good. But she did well after that and all singles were great The era was not rushed. But Bad Romance single was... It should have been out a bit later so Paparazzi could have grown more.
Starstruck would have smashed immensely. It already has half a million sales.

Rated R era was rushed. Russian Roulette, as good as it was, was a shock to many people as it was a massive change in direction for RiRi which is why it didn't do as well hoped. And don't even get me started on Rockstar 101 as a single. Def Jam's only good decision was Rude Boy's release
That all said, Rated R is still a freakin masterpiece. Def Jam should have just handled it better.
Russian Roulette as the first Single WW was no mistake at all, it was a perfect song after that CB incident, i still dont get how the Amercian audience didnt eat this. Also releasing Hard in the US afterwards was a good move. Until Rude Boy they managed that era well IMO, even the release of RS 101 as a single wasnt a failure IMO, it only needed more promotion and not a performance in April, a radio Adds date in June and a video release in Late June..... PLUS Firebomb should have been the final WW single, i say it could have pushed the WW album sales to 4 Million oh well..

The Fame was definitely rushed. Starstruck could have been released after Paparazzi to carry us over into 2010. Then she could have chosen between Paper Gangsta, Boys Boys Boys, and I Like It Rough. I see what Ace was saying though.
Rated R was rushed, but I'm OK with that. I think Te Amo should've been released in the US over Rockstar 101 though.
