Getting tested doesn't announce your sexuality, boo. Knowing your status is important, and even worth an hour long drive. Surely a friend will go with you? Promise you, everyone there is getting that same test, so no one will judge you.

HIV isn't exclusive to one sexuality, plus HIPPA laws. It's important to know your status (if you're sexually active that is).
