I just think it's a very practical strategy in today's world where streaming is so relevant. I don't know why Katy didn't stream PRISM, now it's just a leaked online mess. It solves a lot of those issues, usually, because albums usually don't leak until the week or two before. Streaming for two weeks is too long though, no more than one week.
