This is only from after 1991 as well so her sales would be higher if they included what she sold before then. She scored 3 gold albums, 4 platinum albums and one 3 times platinum album before soundscan starting tracking so she's probably really at 38-40 million in US sales.
30 million in 20+ years for a country artist isn't much really. Definitely not bad, but nothing noteworthy.
How exactly?
She's the second best selling female country artist and one of the best selling country artists of all time. It should also be noted that before reba, female country artists barely sold ****. Country music was male dominated and for a female country artist to score a gold and platinum album, it was considered a huge success. Reba was the first female country artist to have an album go 5 times platinum and her last gold album was just 2 years ago.
Britney! And at the age of 30 
by the next album she'll be 3rd.
