PS. David <3. Wouldn't want to rim him, but he is pretty hot.

a good night!
1. Mandisa (9.8) --- Fantasic singer! lots of power to her voice
2. Katharine McPhee (9.0) --- Great singer, cute, fun
3. Paris (9.0) --- Great singer once again, young, fun
4. Kellie Pickler (8.7) --- I know shes a good singer, she messed it up a little last night though; however lots of heart and talent i think.
5. Becky O' Donohue (8.0) --- Hugly gorgeous; I think lots of talent and possibility; just a bad night, she needs to lose the nerves
6. Lisa Tucker (7.7) --- Great vocal, but just kinda boring unfortunetly. More personality is needed
-----
I dont really care about the others to be honest,
-Ayla was surprisingly good, but god boring as a brick
-Stevie was out of the world, she was terrible; no idea what she was thinking
-Heather, nice voice; just not enough of anything good
-Kinnik, ive heard it all before
-Mellisa, i know her voice was good, but it grated on me a little;very forgettable
-Brenna was alright, she sent mixed signals because she sang a love song, but sang it to her mom, so it was like a dedication or somthing odd. Just not good enough at all

Patrick Hall:
Rating: 5.5
(I think the problem with Patrick in the future is that his voice really irks me. It wasn't a BAD performance, though, but his singing voice is going to hold him back for me, I think. Simon also brought up a good point about him not showing that star quality.)
David Radford:
Rating: 2
(He has an undeniable stage presence and his performance tonight was definitely full of life and, if he had just decided to stay in his normal style and songs, he probably would have made it to the Final 12. But man, those vocals killed any momentum he had in my eyes. Horrifying, not good at all, actually good for a few laughs.. With Simon's words, though, he should stay alive.)
Bucky Covington
Rating: 1
(HE'S A GARBLINNNNNNN' KIND OF MAAANNNNN. How anyone wound up liking this performance, I have no idea. I thought "Simple Man" by Skynard would have been the right song to choose, but not only is he not original, he couldn't hit the big notes when he needed to. Pathetic. And, once again, HE'S A GARBLINNNNNNNNN' KIND OF MAAAAAANNNNN.)
Will Makar:
Rating: 7.5
(He's got a mad lisp going on and he was off at a few points, but I think Will is now officially one of the odds-on male favorites. He is a great vocalist(unlike what Simon says), he definitely acts like he wants to be there and I really cannot wait to see what he does next. But please, Will, DO NOT dance again. PLEASE. And Simon just bashed Will, calling him "average". Will's going to the Top 12 now, mark it down. )
Jose "Sway" Penala:
Rating: 1
(Man, what the **** is up with his voice? That was absolutely ****ing TERRIBLE, even worse than what Bucky came up with. Every cat and dog in america was screeching and barking. Pitchy as hell. Truly, utterly pathetic.)
Chris Daughtry:
Rating: 9
(The only things that hold Chris back from the rare 9.5/10 region was the last note, didn't really like it, and I think he needs a little more charisma, as Simon pointed out, but other than that, it was pretty damn awesome, picking Bon Jovi's "Wanted Dead Or Alive" was PERFECT for Chris. I really don't think there is going to be a better performance tonight. Period.)
Kevin Covais:
Rating: 4.5
(You know what? I thought it wasn't that bad at all. It was AVERAGE, but it was much better than I was expecting. Still not very good and his nasal vocals do not help Kevin at all. But you mean to tell me that Jose was better than Kevin? Really? I will admit, though, the likeability factor of Kevin is off the charts and does factor a bit into my rating.)
Gideon McKinney:
Rating: 4
(Thanks for the history lesson about "Shout!", Gideon. The man with THE UNBREAKABLE SMILE actually sang the unsingable "Shout!" and, expectedly, was not very good. The judges are giving you the benefit of the doubt but man, you could have done so much better. So disappointed. And, just like Brenna, another loudmouth who is confident, you just didn't bring it. But Simon, I LOVE you for bringing up THE UNBREAKABLE SMILE! You are a god.)
Elliott Yamin:
Rating: 8
(Like many of the guys tonight, the last note sucked ass. However, i'll admit, Alien Boy actually did pretty damn well. Not as good as Chris, but no one will be. He did Stevie Wonder proud on this night, however, and he just exudes a quiet confidence. Great vocals tonight. But he's not the best AI male vocalist ever. Hello, Bo Bice.)
Bobby Bennett:
Rating: 3.5
(Copacabana? Okay, you are flaming gay. Grade A quality. I don't really care, but it's obvious. Anyway, the performance: The thing is about Bobby, he has a STRONG, booming voice, but he's got a lisp that is going to destroy him... and it did tonight.. Not very good but hey, a positive note for Bobby: ANYONE who performs "Copacabana", even Barry Manilow himself, will suck at it. Horrible, HORRIBLE song choice.)
Ace Young:
Rating: 8
(Heyseuss The Hippie Part Deux: Less Greasy Hair, Still The Same Person. I'm kinda stunned to say this, but his voice was really, really smooth in this performance. I didn't REALLY feel the stage presence, but He has the face mannerisms DOWN. He's going to be a star. There is no doubt Ace Young will be going to the Final 5. No freakin' doubt. Not the best performance..but he just proved he's going to the Final 5.)
Taylor Hicks:
Rating: 6
(And finally...The Wannabe White Ray Charles. Surprisingly, he's not performing a Ray Charles song. He performed "Leave On" by Elton John and, while he may be a nice guy with a great personality, his voice, while unique for this competition...it DOES NOT suit this competition at all. I think people could overrate this performance and I do like him, but it was off a lot in the beginning. He did pick it up in the chorus but not enough. Good, not great.)
Final Rank:
1) Chris
2) Ace
3) Elliott
4) Will
5) Taylor
6) Patrick
7) Kevin
8) Gideon
9) Bobby
10) David
11) Bucky
12) Jose
Should Be Bottom 3: David, Bucky, Jose
Who Should Be Gone: Bucky, Jose
Bottom 3: Bobby, Gideon, Kevin
Who Will Be Gone: Bobby, Gideon
More a guess than anything else.

Chris and Will were the best so far... I really don't like Kevin... he choose an extremely boring song and he just doesn't look it at all... he looks like a dorky 8th grader.

Definitely a great night for the guys.
1. Chris - I knew this guy was going to be one of my favorites from the early rounds. Loved the Bon Jovi pick, and thought he did a great job. COULD be the next American Idol.
2. Will - I can't pinpoint what it exactly was, but something made me love this performance. Definitely will be in top 12.
3. Ace - Another great pick for a song. Ace definitely has the "Constantine look" down. He knows how to work the crowd and the camera, definitely.
4. Elliot - WHOA. What a bunch of ears haha. I wouldn't go out on a limb and agree with Simon that he's the best vocalist, but he did really good. I could see him in the top 12, the male edition of the "dark horse."
5. Taylor - I keep thinkin this guy's blind and I don't know why! But I enjoyed the performance alot! This dude's insane though!
6. Kevin - Give Kevin a chance! The kid was wayyy to nervous, but I thought he did a GOOD job.
7. David - I really like David, so that's why he's this high ...but he was definitely off tonight. When I heard what he was doing I thought he'd definitely step it up, but he took a few steps back. He won't get voted off though..
8. Gideon - OK. If it was based just on performance, I'd put Gideon a few places higher, possibly top 4. But something about him creeps me out. He doesn't look 17, he looks like Bobby Brown, and he can't talk. Could see him in the final 12, but one of the first voted out..
9. Bucky - Ehh, he was alright. Just don't like the voice too much.
10. Patrick - Forgettable. I completely forgot he sang until they showed the recap at the end.
11. SWAY - SWAY out of the competition Frankie J. Didn't like him at all.
12. Bobby - WTF WTF WTF WTF. Barry Manilow is overdosing at the minute. Why the hell is this guy in the top 24 to begin with? Even the twins were better than him...
Should be bottom 3: Sway, Bobby, and Patrick
Should be bottom 2 going home: Sway and Patrick
Will be bottom 3: Bobby, Patrick, and sadly Kevin / or Gideon
Will be bottom 2 going home: Patrick and Bobby

1. Sway | 9.99
Sway really hit it off. After never hearing this song before in my life, I thought he sucked. Why the hell would you sing the whole thing in falsetto? But he was supposed to, so then I thought well, he was in key the whole time, so good f.ucking job!, you stole the show.
2. Taylor Hicks | 9.87
OMG guys, I hate this man so much, I wanna hit him for not dying his hair yet , but Taylor my f.ucking God did great! He chose one of my favorite songs ever and sang it great. I don't care what Simon says, he did AWESOME, and by the way, Ryan: . (6, WTF?)
3. Chris Daughtry | 9.48
See, what a wonderful job the guys did tonight. Already 3 people in the 9-10 range. Anyways, about Chris, he did so great. I love his voice but it worries me that he has to warm up all the time and what might happen on an occasion where he doesn't get the chance to :-\, but never the less, he did great tonight choosing a f.ucking awesome song and singing it out!
4. David Radford | 9.21
I loved this performance. It was just so good, it was active, I could feel the vibe and his quality. Of course, I disagree with almost 99.99% of what Ryan is saying in his opinion, so lets disregard any hate toward this performance and say that this was awesome. K?
5. Ace Young | 9.03
Ace, you are the man! ^_^ He was so awesome, the ending was super fantastico! Ace can sing, baby. This is one of the things I agree on with Ryan. He will be going to the final. I can see it now. SO MUCH LIFE right here, just great.
^____________________________^
6. Will Makar 8.67
Hey he was good, I just decided to put him in this category, dunno why. Otherwise, boy he is good. He chose one of the best songs ever made and sang it out. It's a group song, which is pretty you know, wishy-washy, just choose carefully what to sing. Anyway, Will sang his heart out. He's not a good dancer, but come on, you gotta love this guy, such a good singer and a lady's man. He must have a damn hot HOT girfriend. Great singer. ^_^
7. Patrick Hall | 7.42
Patrick was an okay way to start off a show. Should've been David but who's thinking about opening acts, meh. Anyways, Patrick pulled it off and I'm not saying it was bad but it was sort of boring, and don't take it the wrong way but he doesn't seem like he'll want to improve. Paula is just googly-eyed when it comes to, well, you know, "hot guys".
-__________________________________________________ __-
8. Gedeon McKinney | 5.47
Well, you know, Gideon wasn't bad. But there aren't many things to show off in this song and I think he has amazing potential. His smily is irky, lol Simon-ish of me, but why'd he choose this song. He performed it okay, and he looked damn good in the green shirt, I love that color, it's the color I painted my room, a shade of cerulean, which is off-topic, but then again totally what it's about... don't ever count out how good someone looks. It can carry you far, hence Jasmine Trias.
^++++++++++++++++++++++^
9. Elliott Yamin | 4.23
Elliott sucked tonight. I hate his teeth, it makes him look like he came from another planet. But that's beside the fact, or is it? Hmmm? WELL, Elliott can sing awesome but I don't agree with Simon. He sucked tonight. It was boring, ZZZZ, and I liked the other stuff better. But LOL, you can not compare this with the three below. THEY were dreadful...
^+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ++++^
10. Bobby Bennett | 3.05
Well, this screams flamboyant gayness! in my ears. Copa Cabana? What the hell was he thinking. Oh my god, he has got to go, and he will tomorrow night. Stop complaining about being fat. Lose the weight then. He don't see Mandisa complaining now do ya, she can move fine and lug the jelly around wherever she goes to please herself.
- -
12. Kevin Covais
Kevin was so terrible tonight. It looked as if he was singing from the side of his mouth. Geez, I just wonder why they get this far. Is it because Paula likes him? Damnit, he sucked and has no beam or vibrance. He adds nothing to the competition. You'll last until next week, lucky bastard.
12. Bucky Covington
EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW WWWWWW. You suck Bucky! I hate your vocie. He's lousy, and I totally blame Paula for even letting him get this far. Get this **** off NOW.

12 Men...and I don't like a damn one of them.
Chris - (6/10) Affected Bon Jovi knock off. Meh.
Patrick - (5/10) Come To My Window? Rilly? I don't like the perf at all, maybe due to the falsetto sound of the vocals. And the GLORY NOTES and the apparent lack of understanding of the song.
Will - (5/10) STOP. DANCING. Sounded flat throughout the song, even though it's very very clear he's done this song plenty of times. Meh.
Gedion - (4/10) You rilly can perform it? No. He kept going flat in the lower register, which always humors me. The actual perf was crap, but the vocals were tolerable towards the end.
Elliot - (4/10) Can't open a song (like he's alone with that complaint). Heh, Ryan Starr did this way back in S1. And she connected with the song better than you did. How can one sound flat while "talking" the verse is beyond me. Very bland and vanilla.
Taylor - (3/10) Hated you in the clips from THE CHAIR. And the song is called "Levon," not "Leave On." He can sing...sorta. But the heavy Bama accent detracts more than it did on Bo (and I have enough family down there to justify it). It was alright, not hate-inducing. But might be going home anyways.
Ace - (3/10) Oh, you're gonna be a fun one to hate. Wavered on pitch, that James Blunt (but less nasaly) will drive my bonkers and he's another one to get hit with a brick. No connection to the song, no "umph" or feeling, looked constipated in spots. But he's already in the Final 4, so why does it matter?
Kevin - (2/10) One. Last. Try. Are you trying to piss me off? Well, the vocals don't help. Weak and more nervous than Stevie last night. Bland and snore-tastic at the chorus. Wavery too much, but not as ear-splitingly awful as the other males.
David - (2/10) Froggy, would you ---- him a lot to loosen him up. Boy tries WAY TO HARD and not only comes off as a pretentious twit with an affected voice, he actually makes me want to beat him with a stick. The voice is bland. Barely more engaging than the Original Snorlax or JPL but needs a beatdown. Oh, his voice? Way off.
Bobby - (1/10) Lets pretend this did not happen. Bad Denver! And worse final note.
Bucky - (1/10) I should gargle with gravel! Love the trailer park showing up, but he. cannot. sing. not even like "rock star" inability to sing. He just can't. And now I need to shower cuz that was just scuzzy.
"Sway" - (0/10) JESUS F'N CHRIST WHAT THE HELL IS THAT? Nowhere near a key, way to sharp (even if it was meant to be in falsetto) for the whole song, the high note made me want to punch a baby. Worst finalist. Possibly ever. And Paula and Randy need to step off the crack.
Worst 3: Bobby, Bucky, Sway
Should Go Stepin: Bucky, Sway
Getting The Hell Home: Bobby, Taylor
To all contestants: STOP SAYING YOU GONNA BRING IT! YOU EITHER BROUGHT IT OR NEVER HAD IT! JESUS!

I dunno, I liked it, it was like bad falsetto but wasn't but it was awesome for Falsetto, does that make sense?
Anyway, going home is Bobby and Bucky done gun.
