On one hand, I can't see her randomly teaming up with them again for no reason. On the other hand, I can't see ARTPOP promo starting so soon (not that we even know when it's coming).
I'm thinking that maybe when she signed a contract with them in 2011, it gave them the right to use her likeness any time they want.
If it's ARTPOP-related, it's perfect. Don't they have nearly half a billion online customers who play their games and spend money? Perfect.
