What point are you trying to make exactly? That it wasn't technically, what you would define to be "rape?" No one's blowing anything out of proportion. The fact that it wasn't in the script, and 2 older men in a positions of power pressured a young girl to do this, and that she was traumatized by the scene to the point of actually crying during it and struggling for years following the filming makes his just as disgusting and vile. So, again, what exactly is your point?
