Nick's numbers are great. I was expecting worse tbh.
Jon Bellion's numbers are amazing. I thought he was just some random but I fell into a Twitter hole the other day and he has a pretty solid fanbase. It's kind of crazy considering the only reason I knew about him was because of that Zedd song. Guillotine is a bop though so good for him.
Another reason why sales > streams is that the charts were faster paced when it was solely sales. Albums and singles are usually now #1 for an alarming amount of weeks due to how easy it is to get a streaming hit.
Views is a cultural event, that continues to be talked about everywhere weekly. A multi-week #1 run represents the album well.
i like streaming being included because it shows more of what people are actively listening to. the introduction of streaming has made the hot 100 a lot more fair imo. y'all can hate it all you want but it's the future.

Uhm if it was so easy then why so many few people are getting it?
Not as bad as i was expecting but still tragic for "the next Justin Timberlake"
Wasn't that Zayn?

If Drake can get an 8th week #1 next week (against Red Hot Chilli Peppers, so idk, probs not) the last male album to spend more consecutive weeks #1 would be Billy Ray Cyrus 'Some Gave All' in 1992 with 17 weeks.
