All of the fans in there will most likely have seen it anyway. And if it made that much of an impression you can post a new thread about it, or post it in SYG.
What if there's a base thread you want to post in but it's been closed due to inactivity? Can you make another, or maybe have it reopened somehow? The base in question wasn't started by me.
Also, if one of your two base threads is closed due to inactivity, will you be able to make another for a total of two open bases, or is the 2 thread limit for all threads opened and closed?

You can ask a mod to reopen it (with a help request, or PM/wall someone who's online). If you have only one open base thread, then you can create another. If for some reason someone then decides to revive one of your closed bases... well we'll see how we handle that if it ever happens.

Is it okay for someone to tell a little story that is completely off topic and unrelated to the artist, but at the end you put a random sentence about the artist.
For example
Some people came into Katy Base thread complaining about a certain Katy Cat's posts in another thread, but added "I really like Teenage Dream" in order for it not to be off topic.
Positive nicknames for the artist should be allowed on their base.
I've put this up for discussion, they MIGHT soon be allowed, but no promises.
