It's been a long debacle between you and that hell of a record label but now you are free. You certainly don't need to smash, we just want a proper album and singles and performances. Probably not the best record label to sign on but she could be their most important artist in the roster right now. They WILL promote JoJo. Imagine if she signs with the record labels of Gaga or Katy, she wouldn't be treated with importance.
I've been a fan since before her debut came out. I bought that the day it dropped. I own multiple copies of The High Road. I've seen her in concert on multiple occasions. I've been waiting for this for a long time. Go get 'em girl!
