This artist of the week may be unknown to a majority of you due to him being a Britain's Got Talent contestant in 2011. Ronan Parke, with his charity single from his upcoming album 'Evolution' and his GBT cover of Because Of You 1-2 punches every nearest contender away in becoming this week's AotW with 124 plays.
As for the Top 10 albums this week, Lorde narrowly manages a 2nd week at #1 with another 1,070,000 copies sold fighting off Sia's 1000 Forms of Fear with 1,040,000 copies placing it at #2. As for the #3 this week, it is none other than the #3 for a 3rd week, Lady Gaga's 'The Fame Monster'. As for song sales this week, it's where Ronan takes the crown. His charity single 'Defined' receives unprecedented sales of 1,180,000 copies placing it at #1 with a comfortable lead over the #2. The #2 this week is Sia's Fire Meet Gasoline. 'Gasoline' sells 550,000 copies this week granting it not only a #2 debut but also an immediate Gold certification. Landing at #3 is Ella Henderson's debut single, Ghost. Ghost receives its fair share of ales as well, selling 290,000 copies this week narrowly beating out the #4.
