Jay-Z has weak albums. He has three great-incredible albums though.
I dont think he has any weak albums. They might seem weak when you compare them to some of his flawless work but when you compare them to other albums in the genre they are pretty much above average. All his albums have done reasonably well with critics. Plus again, music is subjective.
