Refraining from kissing for a few days doesn't nullify your relationship status, and "taking care of him" has nothing to do with kissing. Not sure why you're bringing that up.

I don't have one, but it would probably depend what he has. A cold? Probably. The stomach flu/ I think not. I wouldn't like ignore him, but I DON'T want the flu (also, I can better take care of my SO if I'm not sick with the flu as well )

My immune system's been very kind to me, I barely ever get sick. He's even had cold sores a number of times and I've never picked them up (we kissed).

I'd NEVER allow him south with that stuff on his mouth though
