No one can really call it a flop - and I do believe it will eventually at least outsell Rated R in the US. It's selling a steady 15-20K for now, & she will get a lot of exposure in February with Grammy, & Talk That Talk exploding.
Yeah. The only argument here is the fact that she still can't sell albums off the bat even with a hit like "WFL", though that can be countered by the longevity argument.
ATM it's underperforming in the States and it really has a lot to do with the poor promo (the success of WFL doesn't work as a good promo for an album on its own) and little bad circumstances/handling of the whole release, but give it some time.
No judgements can yet be made.
TTT will probably continue releasing smash singles (You Da One will probably be another Judas 2.0-situation), but I don't think the album will do very well.

Her selling pattern is really unusual. But it always works out in her benefit.
