A baby doesn't have to be "born" to be fully viable outside of the mother's body. In late term gestation, you're dealing with a sentient human being (not just developing tissue with potential to become a person) that has rights to his/her life.
That said, Azealia's comments are pretty ridiculous. I think having multiple abortions instead of birth control is very stupid, but no one has the right to place limitations on legal medical procedures. Azealia rarely makes sense when she starts discussing anything political/social, so whatever.
