OMG this sounds exciting I want to experience it!
How did you 'got back' and how long did all of that last?
It was kinda cool ngl.. But a little scary since it was my first time... And it was no more than 5 mins.. Its weird cuz I imagined I had my phone in my hand (like my exact phone, turned on and everything, but I didnt).... And I just had to sorta force myself to wake up.. I was scared to dose off any further. Its as if you can control it.. But then you cant. Strange
Yes, Lucid Dreaming is fun. As long as you realize that you are in a dream while you're dreaming you can really do anything you want, and it will feel very real.
All you have to do when you experience sleep paralysis is to not move until you feel like you can, it's not that bad.
I don't really know what this was but a few years ago I was in bed facing the ceiling and kind of like sleep paralysis it felt like I was awake but couldn't move and this ghostly woman with a white robe was floating above my bed and looking directly down at me and then she screamed and a blast of cold air hit my face and I jumped straight up in bed, still don't know what it was, creepy though.
There was this killer coming after me but he was from an anime I was watching so when I realized it I KNEW I was dreaming but the pain I felt seemed real. I wanted to wake up and I kept telling myself to move my arms and legs but they just wouldn't.
After 30 seconds of it I finally lifted up an arm and stood upright. My eyes were closed and I was still dreaming but I was upright. I knew if I opened my eyes the dream would stop but I couldn't. So I used my fingers to pry my eyes open

Even though all of them were super scary, 2 of them were hell to me. First one was one day I was taking a nap and I woke up and I saw the reflection of three shadows trying to **** me from behind. The second one was one day I woke up at 4 am, it was super dark, and I saw a black shadow looking at me for some seconds and then slaped me in the face.
That happened to me a few weeks ago. I was dreaming and I suddenly opened my eyes and woke up, I tried to move but I couldn't so realized I was suffering from sleep paralysis, I read something about the subject before so I tried to stay calm but then I started to hear noises and a sort of demon was looking at me from the door, I couldn't see his face but his eyes were red and he started to walk towards me and then he sat on my bed and I started to feel my chest really heavy like something was sitting on top of me. I eventually started to move my fingers and the hallucinations stopped. It was a horrible experience

I'll try it tonight... hopefully it'll happen, im intrigued
Omg I've had it 4 times this week and 8 times my whole life. Its so weird how this thread popped up to. The last one I had put me to tears no one should experience it

On a side note, has anyone had that thing in dreams where you dream of something and then it happens in real life or you get intense feelings of Déjà vu?
This happens to me often... at least a few times of month.
It really freaks me out more than sleep paralysis. It feels like I'm reliving a time in my life.
Yes a couple of times in my life and it's such a scary experience. Mine is always the same thing where I see and feel an ugly witch holding me down to the bed as I try and move and scream but cannot move and no voice is coming out of my mouth. While she is on top of me laughing, screaming and talking.
It's one of the worst experiences when you have it.
that's the most common one.. called "the old hag" (lol yes i know) - it's terrifying
