Well that means many people have respect, and he is one of them. Is it the fact that he's a rapper why it's strange to have one tattoo? Because there is nothing wrong with that.
And it's one damn tattoo. Many people I know have tattoo's of hard-working artists who died a while ago (Tupac, Biggie, MJ). It doesn't matter who you are, but it's totally normal to have one of someone who has inspired you a child, whether it was a parent or a famous celebrity.
