I shrieked!

The main reason why Watch_Dogs is that high is because of the hacking... However if you take that out of the picture, everything about the game is bland and basic.

All I'm saying is that I enjoy cooperative shooters and I'm sure other consumers feel the same way, considering its massive success. Sure, it didn't deliver on all of its promises, but if somebody is enjoying their experience regardless, who's to stop them?

So GTA is bland and basic? Because that's what Watch Dogs is without the hacking.

Watch Dogs is just a poorly made GTA, I expected and hoped for better.

But objectively they're very similar. Watch Dogs has better and more side missions and GTA Online isn't that good

they still haven't delivered heists a year after release. They better with the next gen release.

Watch Dogs isn't AS good as GTA, but it's not nearly as bad as you guys are making it out to be

I don't really know what you were expecting from it since it was pretty cut and dry what the game was about. It certainly didn't disappoint in map size, driving, combat, etc. The story was abnormally long and never lost my interest.

I found the story rather boring and predictable and please do not praise that outdated driving...

I'd still give it a rental at least. The game seems to be heavily reliant on endgame content, most of which we haven't seen.
