320 million people in the U.S. didn't do all the things you're claiming they did
this is the equivalent of saying that all of russia, china, UK, france, etc. should be nuked because an elite group of people made decisions without involvement of the rest of the populations.

and even if they are common (which they're not) it is a joke, in bad taste, but no one with sense would actually call for the death of an entire country like you just did

the radiation from the blast would eventually kill 90% of Europe's population including countires which were not targeted. You could move all the way to Scotland, Iceland, Norway, Portigal or even Morocco, you will die from CANCER if that bomb hits London. And who says that Putin would only use 1 of those. He could hit Berlin as well and destroy entire Germany, Poland, Czech Rep, Slovakia, Austria, Hungary, the Baltic states entirely, Denmark and all of Scandinavia, Northern Italy, and Western Ukraine in one blast... + double the radiation wave in France, Spain and Portugal + Northern Africa.
No nuclear power can target Europe because due to the winds and the atmosphere in the Northern Hemisphere, the Middle East and Northern Africa would also experience major destruction in the long run, not to mention that the enitre global economy would collapse in 1 second causing at least 3 billion deaths within 1 year. Take out any European country, especially, UK, France, Germany, Italy, or Spain and the whole world as we know it would change forever, because any of these countries could stop global trade in a heartbeat if destroyed.
