Yeah, Jive always is a mess! But Blackout is now at 997k copies sold in the US so this year it should reach 1M

Jive is cheap as hell and doesn't always do her certs when they should.

That's why you have to judge it within a context. When only 2 albums crossed the 1 million mark mid-year. 500k isn't really bad, IMO.
