If anything, I can see Drake and Bey doing that.

Eh, both are big, heavily media-covered albums by pop girls, who can generally be described as fitting on the Pop/R&B spectrum. They may not be exactly the same genre (with their most recent releases), but there's likely overlap between the kind of voter to vote for them... Just like how if you had a poll on ATRL of who we would vote for between Adele/Bey/Radiohead/Bowie/Drake, the majority of votes would be for the former two, imo.
I think Adele does benefit from the fact that she has significantly less overlap than Bey. Bey has not only Adele to contend with, but also the chance to be nominated against other Urban albums like Views/Anti/TLoP/Blonde etc
Lemonade has zero chance of winning, if I were Beyonce I wouldn't even bother attending tbh.
I could see 25 winning if the nominations are 25, two rock albums (Blackstar + A Moon Shaped Pool) and two urban albums (Lemonade + Views), since she has the least overlap of likely voters in that scenario. If it is Radiohead, Adele, Beyonce, and two other Urban albums then RH definitely definitely wins.
