The X Factor will give it a great platform, obviously. It will get good HAC airplay and therefore give Ella more exposure with an album buying market. The single may not chart amazingly as it doesn't sound like a hit but the album will keep selling as it taps into a different audience.
Also the only time I can think of a Syco artist getting a fourth single was Little Mix during their first era, however that was a remix. The difference with Ella and her label mates is that she took 2 years to release, so I doubt they want to rush her era.
